Puppy Obedience Training

Obedience training helps your puppy learn its role in your family and in the World. It will teach you the skills required to in turn teach your puppy how to interact with other dogs and with the people inside and outside your home. We usually do one-on-one classes for the training (as we all lead busy lives and it’s difficult to get a group to commit to 6 consecutive weekends) and then recommend Sandton or Kyalami Doggy Daycare for continual socialisation.

Agility Training

Agility training is considered a dog sport – where the handler (dog owner) directs his dog through an obstacle course. You don’t necessarily have to compete – it can just be a fun bonding activity for you and your dog.  Not all dogs are fond of agility – but many love it! We have a competition spec agility course for you and your dog to enjoy.

Dog Obedience Club

If you have completed basic obedience training and you want to keep up the training – join our social obedience club.  We run two group classes on a Saturday morning – Novice and Advanced. It is a very relaxed environement and a good start to the weekend. We have a supplier on site that sells delicious snacks and hot coffee. Come and mingle with other dog-people!

We are sure that you will enjoy the training journey!

Qualified Instructor - Puppy Obedience

I am passionate about helping owners create good pets for life. If you put in the time to get the basics right – from the start – you can nip problems in the bud. I tend to be drawn towards puppy obedience classes and then hand over to my colleagues for advanced private classes and club classes.  I find training rewarding. I believe that every dog that we train correclty ultimately saves its life as there is less chance of it becoming a shelter dog or being put down due to behavioural problems. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup!
